Retention – Fixed upper 2-2 and 3-3 lower. Upper Essix retainer.
Case Information
Moderate Class III malocclusion, ectopical palatal eruption 23 and lingual eruption of the 33 and 43, retained primary tooth 63, lower crowding 3.5mm, incisor angle compensation (upper and lower) due to Class III skeletal growth pattern. Super Class I molar relationship.

Case Information
Class II Div 2 case, low angle, deepbite, retrusive lower incisors, severe upper crowding – space shortage 11mm, bucally blocked out maxillary canines, full Class II molar relationship left and right.

Case Information
Class II Div 2, horisontal growth pattern, over accentuated Curve of Spee, severe deepbite, upright maxillary upper incisors, moderate crowding, scissor bite 24, Class I molar relations and lower midline shift to the right side – 2.5mm.
℞ time – 22 months.
℞ – Non-extraction treatment and fixed banding. Bite turbos were used.
Case Information
True skeletal Class III case, maxillary deficiency with para-nasal flattening, incisor angulations are well compensated for her Class III, minimal crowding, upper incisors protrusive, anterior crossbite present.
℞ – Extraction of 15 and 25 and fixed banding, space closure en decompensation of her incisor angulations, Class II elastics prescribed, creation of a negative overjet followed by orthognatic surgery. Le Fort I advancement was performed in her maxilla and a BSSO setback osteotomy was done in her mandible.
Case Information
Slight Class III tendency, vertical growth pattern, upright incisors, good profile, bucally blocked out upper canines, moderate space shortage, constricted dental arches with dark buccal corridors, crossbites 22/33 and 26/36, deepbite. Extraction of 4 pre-molars were considered during treatment.

Class II Div 2 case, full Class II dental relationship left and right, deepbite. Retroclined upper central incisors, prtotruded upper lateral incisors, upper crowding, low angle case with retrusive mandible. Although orthognatic surgery was suggested to them as the ideal treatment option, they opted to go ahead with a camouflage compromised treatment without surgery.

℞ – Extraction 14 and 24 and fixed orthodontic appliances, Lipbumper use was incorporated, bite turbos were used, nighttime headgear use was utilized.

℞ – Complete root canal treatment tooth 46, non-extraction and fixed orthodontic appliances. Use bite turbos and Class II elastics.
Case Information
Class III case with no family history, anterior crossbite, bucally blocked out 13 and 23, slight crowding lower arch. Deep curve of Spee. Over erupted lower incisors. Decide to treat non-surgical camouflage treatment but in the event of late Class III growth orthognatic surgery will have to be considered.

℞ – Extraction of 15, 25, 45 and surgical removal of the 25, fixed orthodontic appliances. Due to her retrusive chinpoint orthognatic surgery was also discussed but parents opted for the non-surgical treatment approach.
